Glenn McKnight
Glenn’s Internet Governance experience includes being the co founder and project coordinator of the North American School of Governance, creator of the online course on Introduction to Internet Governance and the curator of the Internet Governance Hub blog as co administrator for the Internet Governance Hub on Facebook. He has been involved with ICANN since 2009 with various positions including former NOMCOM, NARALO Chair, NARALO Secretariat and an ALAC member . In addition he is the cofounder of ISOC Canada and currently sits on the ISOC Board of Trustees and the ISOC NOMCOM Chair for 2018. Glenn is also a keen supporter of INSIG and SSIG and the DC Coalition of Schools of Internet Governance and active as the current ICANN NOMCOM Chair for Outreach Glenn lives in Oshawa, Ontario Canada and is active in IEEE Humanitarian Activities and the Canadian Victory Garden.

Arnold van Rhijn
Arnold van Rhijn has a long proven track record in policymaking, representing the Netherlands government in multilateral negotiations in the European Union (EU), World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations (UN), chairing EU Council preparatory bodies and participating in various EU Advisory Committees in policy areas, such as Trade, Telecom, ICT and Internet.
He currently serves as Senior Policy Coordinator Global Internet Governance at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Netherlands and is a member of the EU High-Level Group on Internet Governance. In April 2015, he co-organized a well-attended and successful High-Level Ministerial panel debate on Internet Governance during the Global Conference on Cyberspace (GCCS) in The Hague. Thereafter, he became involved in Cybersecurity Capacity Building initiatives under the umbrella of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) launched during GCCS2015. He has served in 2015 as the Netherlands lead negotiator for the UN negotiations in Geneva and New York on the 10-year review of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). From 2016-2019, he was a member of the UN Secretary-General’s Advisory Group on Internet Governance (IGF-MAG).
He also has led the Netherlands Host Team to co-organize the annual European Conference on Internet Governance, EuroDIG, in The Hague in June 2019. Arnold van Rhijn studied mathematics at Delft University of Technology and law at Utrecht University in the Netherlands and holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Economic Law from Utrecht University.
Nehaa Chaudhari
Nehaa Chaudhari is a partner and director of the public policy practice at Ikigai Law, a technology and innovation focused law and policy firm. She advises global technology companies, start-ups, think tanks, and industry associations on successfully navigating India’s regulatory and policy ecosystem. Earlier, she worked with the Centre for Internet and Society, India and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. She is a visiting faculty member at the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, the National Law University, Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Nehaa read law at the Harvard Law School, USA, and the NALSAR University of Law, India.
Koushik Nath – Security Architect, Cisco Systems
Koushik has 20+ years of experience in the area of Information security and currently he is working as Security Architect for Customer Delivery at Cisco Systems.
Koushik has extensive exposure as security solution architect in Cloud, Data Center and Cyber Security technologies. Koushik has helped build digitization roadmap for organizations to adopt changes and achieve digital maturity.
Koushik has been instrumental in building digital blueprint for countries to drive growth and e-governance. He has experience in leading and consulting implementation of security operation centers, security best practices, Incident Response service, RED team assessment, Malware and Forensic analysis.
Koushik is a regular speaker in conferences such as ISACA, ISC2, NASSCOM, DSCI, CII, and Infocom. He has been visiting multiple Engineering and Management Institutes for sessions on Cyber Security and consulting on creating Center of Excellence. At CII, he is the Co-Chair for Startups and Innovation team for the eastern region.
Koushik is currently CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ITILv3 and ISO 10012:2017 certified. He is also a certified Blockchain professional, certified DevSecOps engineer and Cyber Range Instructor.
Dr. Olivier M.J. Crépin-Leblond
Dr. Olivier M.J. Crépin-Leblond is a French national who has been an Internet user since 1988. He received a B.Eng. Honours degree in Computer Systems and Electronics from King’s College, London, UK, in 1990, a Ph.D. in Digital Communications from Imperial College, London, UK, in 1997, and a Specialized Masters Degree in Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management from SKEMA Business School in Nice-Sophia Antipolis, France, in 2007.
Having founded Global Information Highway Ltd in 1995, he took part in many Internet projects, several of which enabled Internet connectivity in developing countries.
He was selected as Chairman of ICANN’s At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) in December 2010, renewed for four continuous years. Through serving the At-Large Community, he has gained a unique practical experience in an operational multi-stakeholder policy-making environment, finding and building consensus at grassroots level. He then became Vice-Chair in 2015 and was Chair of the European At-Large Organisation (EURALO) until November 2019.
In December 2012 he attended the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT-12) in Dubai as part of the United Kingdom delegation.
In March 2013 he was selected to sit on the second ICANN Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT2).
He attended NetMundial in April 2014, wearing both the hats of his ICANN At-Large Community but also as Co-chair of ICANN’s Cross Community Working Group on Internet Governance, now renamed the Internet Governance Engagement Group (IGEG). Since 2018 he serves as the Co-Chair of the At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group. He has also represented his community in Internet Governance Forums (IGFs) since 2010. In 2015 he was also involved with working groups of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Whilst Chairman of the English Chapter of the Internet Society (ISOC) since March 2012, he is also a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and was a Network Startup Resource Center (NSRC) affiliate since the early nineties.
He is a Founder Board member of EuroDIG, the European IGF.
