In view of the prevailing global Pandemic, the fifth edition of inSIG (inSIG2020), is currently scheduled as a virtual event for 7-10 Oct 2020. The host chapter is ISOC India Mumbai Chapter. Pls watch this space for further details.

inSIG2019 concluded successfully on 17 Nov 2019 at Ecohub, Kolkata.

The event was documented through pictures (available here and here), tweets, videos (which will be uploaded shortly) and other social media posts. The inSIG2019 Fellows will join the existing community of fellows who would be expected to participate in the global IG processes as well as within their own communities.

Welcome to inSIG2019!

inSIG2019 is scheduled for 15-17 Nov 2019 at Kolkata. Day 0 events, including Youth IGF 2019 and GFCE Triple-I Workshop, are being planned for 14 Nov 2019.

The fourth edition of India School on Internet Governance (inSIG2019) is being convened during 15-17 Nov 2019 at Kolkata at Ecohub – Citadel I, Ecospace Business Park, Plot IIf/11, AA II, Newtown, Kolkata . The event will bring together Fellows (domestic and international), Internet Governance experts & practitioners, past-Fellows, and representatives of the different stakeholders in the domain of Internet Governance.

India School on Internet Governance (inSIG) is a community-driven initiative, organized jointly by the Delhi, Trivandrum, Kolkata and Mumbai Chapters of Internet Society.  Information on earlier editions of inSIG are available under the menu “Past Editions”.

Two Day 0 events are being planned at Kolkata on 14 November 2019:  the second India Youth IGF (YIGF 2019) ; and the GFCE Asia Internet Infrastructure Initiative (GFCE Triple-I) Workshop. More details on these events are available under the Day 0 Events menu item.
